Capital City Carnage: Multiple Headbutts. Make no mistake, this move will shake brain cells from his opponents. Back in the day, Decca would use a headbutt at the start of any bar fight. On a side note, very few of his bar fights lasted past his headbutt. A bit of a showboating move nowadays.
