[Welcome to Miami, Florida! One of the last stops on tour before USPW hits the northern part of Florida for USPW Summer Breakdown. The USPW fans are rowdy for this house as they cheer on a familiar pair, battling in the ring. “Classy” Mike C lifts up his opponent, slams him down. The referee counts, one, two, three!! The crowd cheers, as Mike C raises his hands.]
Mike Cardella: Ladies and gentlemen! The winner of the match: Classy Mike C!!
[USPW Commentator Johnny Vendetta is in the ring with a microphone. He looks ready for an interview.]
Johnny Vendetta: Well Classy Mike… I don’t like you, the fans don’t like you, you’re a former champ that gets your ass kicked, day after day, got destroyed by our Television Champion, but somehow, someway, you still “sign in” every day. You still love USPW, even if you have a funny way to show it.
Mike C: Well, Johnny…
[Mike C is cut off as “Enter the Cage” plays, and from the back comes The MMA Machine Mike Mahoney with his USPW World Heavyweight Championship.]
[He plays to the crowd, but they don’t seem impressed, as he taunts and mocks them before entering the ring and getting in Mike C’s face.]
Mike C: Well if it isn’t…
Mike Mahoney: WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!!
[Mike Mahoney spits in the face of Classy Mike C. The crowd is impressed.]
Johnny vendetta: Now wait a second…
[Mike C swings for the world champ, but the champ blocks it, and fires back with a right punch of his own. Mike C is nailed in the jaw, and a crumples like a deflated balloon. The crowd goes wild as Mike Mahoney raises his belt in the air.]
Johnny vendetta: Wow, Mike Mahoney! A real champion! Will we get a real title defense??
[Mike yanks the microphone from Johnny.]
Mike Mahoney: At USPW Summer Break Down, I defend this USPW Championship!
[The fans cheer!]
Mike Mahoney: Against a very deserving USPW Legend!
[The crowd goes wild!]
Mike Mahoney: I have signed a contract to face Tom Roberts in a match!!
[Mike Mahoney drops the mic, and exits the ring as Johnny is left wide-eyed and stunned at what he just heard. The fans give a mixed reaction as the scene fades to black.]
